Methodology

I am a certified coach for leaders (PCC ICF) with over 2,000 hours of developmental conversations. I work in the transformational coaching approach, which allows us to reach deeper — into values, beliefs and inner resources. My clients say that with me, they can simply be themselves. That is the highest compliment.

Experience

Over 18 years I have grown through roles in business — from internships in consulting to being on the board of a global IT company. I studied investment banking at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), while simultaneously training in acting and improvisation at Roma Gąsiorowska’s school. This blend of logic and stage-expression allows me to work with data as well as with emotions.

Outside Work

I host the Women’s Department podcast, support leaders in public speaking, and mentor in programs such as FutureUp (BNP Paribas) and AgroWomen. My greatest motivation is my family — I am the mother of three boys, who teach me every day about authenticity and courage.
