I have 19 years of business experience— from consulting at EY and Accenture to serving on the board of SoftwareOne, where I was responsible for Poland and nine countries in Central and Eastern Europe. I know the pressure of decision-making firsthand.

I provide executive coaching and sparring for boards and C-level executives, facilitate management teams, and support organizations in leadership development and organizational culture. In Polish and English.

I am an ICF-certified PCC coach with over 2,500 hours of experience with leaders. I take a transformational approach: I delve into the beliefs that underlie behind the decision-making process—because that’s where the lever for change lies.

Mentoring programs
in organizations

Design, implementation, and management of mentoring programs: selection and preparation of mentors, evaluation, and mentoring as a tool for succession planning and talent retention. I designed such programs from the ground up—as Head of Talent at Accenture.

For 19 years, I worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people. I started at EY, then spent a decade advising financial institutions and the public sector at Accenture, where I subsequently served as Head of Talent for six years, overseeing people development in Central and Eastern Europe. Most recently, as HR Director and a member of the executive board at SoftwareOne, I was responsible for Poland and nine countries in Central and Eastern Europe. I know firsthand the pressure of quarterly targets, organizational politics, and the cost of personnel decisions

I am an ICF PCC-certified coach with over 2,500 hours of development work with leaders. I work in the transformational coaching style: I delve into the beliefs and patterns that underlie decision-making—because that’s where the lever for change most often lies, rather than in management techniques. I specialize in working with executive teams and in group coaching at the C-suite level.

I graduated with a degree in investment banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and from Roma Gąsiorowska’s acting school— this combination gives me two languages at once: the language of strategy and data, and the language of emotions, presence, and communication. In addition to working with clients, I co-host the “Departament Kobiet” podcast and serve as a mentor in nationwide development programs. In my personal life, I’m a mom of three boys. I work in Polish and English.
