Facilitation
Business goal: building trust within teams, improving collaboration at the board level and beyond, making important decisions, implementing key changes.
As a facilitator, I inspire groups to co-create, think creatively, and discover new possibilities in an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
I observe the needs and emotions of participants carefully, supporting them in making courageous decisions and introducing change.
Each session is designed individually, with attention to the group's goals, well-being, and a smooth process. I maintain neutrality and focus on what truly matters. I believe that through facilitation, participants become active co-creators of the meeting and responsible for its outcomes.
With my experience as a board member in several companies, I know how to work even with the most demanding boards or C-level individuals.
What brings me the greatest satisfaction is seeing participants surprised by how much they achieve together.
Format: interactive workshop with elements of group coaching
Duration: individually arranged, one-off between 3 and 7 hours
