I’ve been a business trainer since the beginning of my professional career—nearly 20 years now. I started by running large-scale customer service trainings for employees of Bank Pekao SA. In addition, I hold a professional acting degree with a specialization in “improvisation.” So every workshop is an opportunity to go deep technically, and at the same time for a creative and fresh journey related to the topic.
